IAC New York: Consciential Derepression with Jeffrey Lloyd

Derepression means freeing ourselves from being restricted to institutions, ideas, gurus, idolizations, material possessions, personal weaknesses, and psychological crutches. This thematic seminar examines a wide range of mechanisms that can repress, restrict and impede people and their lucidity. By trying to understand how and why our repressions exist, and how we are affected by them, we set ourselves on the path to be free of them and attain full personal/spiritual balance.

Topics include:

• Derepression & lucidity
• Derepression & free-will
• Derepression & universalism
• Derepression & groups
• Internal & external factors
• Ways to attain holosomatic homeostasis (full spiritual balance)
• Practical techniques to accelerate personal Derepression

by Jack Grabon - IAC New York

Think about how many times you have had things happen to you that seemed like coincidences. If you have ever considered the odds of those chance encounters or unlikely sequences of events occurring as they did, then it probably boggled your mind. Perhaps it even led you to wonder what forces might be at play to produce them. Carl Jung referred to such meaningfully related events as synchronicities. Although they can seem almost magical, there are indeed rational explanations behind them. I will use a simple example from my own life to illustrate.

One evening, I was spending time with a friend and the topic of spirituality came up. The conversation eventually turned to past lives. My friend told me that she had read a well-known book on the subject but could not recall its title. As she briefly summarized it, I realized that I had read the same book. Ironically enough, I could not immediately remember its title until later that evening. The following morning, I left my apartment to take care of something, via the usual route. As I walked by a popular coffee shop, a small plastic crate near the front door caught my attention. Inside were a few books. This peculiarity piqued my curiosity, as I love books. While there were only three books in the crate, the frontmost book was the very book that my friend and I were discussing the night prior! I proceeded into the coffee shop to inquire if they were selling these books, but learned that they were not and had no idea who had left them there.

In the occurrence above, my friend and I had both been drawn to that particular past life book due to our affinity with the subject. However, non-physical spirit guides may have also lent a hand. Such entities do not inhabit physical bodies and naturally have more lucidity than the living. Drawing on the example above, let us suppose that my friend and I had known each other in a past life, did not know this, and needed to find out in order to work through some past issues. Knowing all of this, non-physical guides could have inspired the person who left the books to do so at that particular time and place, or subtly encouraged my friend to mention the book when she did. Unless they were particularly perceptive, both parties would have likely interpreted the inspiration or encouragement as their own thoughts and feelings when in fact they came from without.

Consider that synchronicities are like mirrors. They can reveal much about us by whom or what we attract into our lives. The best known ways to increase their frequency is by recording them as they occur, ongoing self-improvement, living our purpose, and effective energetic self-defense and perceptivity. This allows us to maintain resonance with more positive people, places, and things in both physical and non-physical dimensions.

Psychology & Paranormal Phenomena

Article by IAC New York Volunteer Jack Grabon

Conventional psychology has typically shunned perceptions and experiences that do not neatly fit into its paradigm. Phenomena such as clairaudience, seeing 'ghosts', feeling or sensing presences are typically labeled as auditory, visual, and tactile hallucinations, respectively. Intuitions may be regarded as delusions while out-of-body experiences may be considered a type of dissociation. With such off-putting labels and the stigma that often comes with them, many who have had these kinds of experiences have kept them private in order to avoid ridicule, ostracization, or even persecution and hospitalization. But although such paranormal, parapsychological, spiritual or exceptional human experiences (EHE’s) may be suggestive of pathology according to the current scientific paradigm, psychology does not necessarily consider them to be disorders per se, especially when such experiences can be life enhancing.

For conscientiology there are basically two elements: consciousness and energy. Conscientiology understand consciousness as the active principle that gives rise to thoughts and feelings, transforming them into actions. All consciousness has a field of bioenergy that surrounds it, this field is the holochakra.

We make permanent exchanges of energy through it. Energy enters and leaves in an interactive process. We normally donate and absorb energy in a daily basis, which compensates or decompensate us.

The source of all energy is Immanent Energy.

What is Immanent Energy?

It is the primary energy, vibrating, invisible, completely impersonal; present in all objects or physical realities, interpenetrating the whole universe, too subtle to be detected by technology. Every consciousness absorbs, externalizes, captures, modifies, and therefore projects this Immanent Energy.

We can find different types and states of energy in nature, for example:

  • Geothermal energy: energy from the earth, also known as telluric.
  • Hydropower: Energy from water.
  • Phytoenergy: Energy from plants.
  • Aeroenergy: Energy from the air.

When we get closer to nature, we have a great chance to experiment with different types of energy. We can capture the energy of a plant, of a tree, of the water, of a simple rock or a pebble through the development of personal energy sensitivity.

The consciousness transforms this Immanent Energy into Consciential Energy through the imprinting of its own thoughts, emotions and energy (thosene).

What is Consciential Energy?

Consciential Energy represents the whole of our more frequent thoughts and emotions.

It is our business card, responsible for some human qualities such as physical attractiveness, charisma, charm, personal magnetism, etc., And also responsible for our preferences in relationships by the degree of affinity to these E.C.

What is the Holosoma?

It is the combination of vehicles of manifestation of consciousness. Remember the example of Russian dolls in a previous post?

The different bodies are energy, from the densest to the more subtle and the conscientiousness use them as a tool to evolve. However, the conscientiousness is not energy.

Soma or physical body is the densest and most visible from the intraphysical state. It is the home for the five senses, our window to the intraphysical dimension. It claims such a dedication in our daily lives that we tend to identify with it; up to the point that we end up thinking that we are this body. But it is only a tool that we discard after death.

Energosoma (or Holochakra):

Is the energetic body, responsible for energy exchanges with the environment and with other consciousness. Is the link between soma and psychosoma; it keeps them both embedded during wakefulness and provokes their separation during relaxation and projection states.

The holochakra permeates the physical body inside and out and joins it through thousands of vortices or chakras. When the soma and psychosoma are separated into a projection, the holochakra stretches forming the "silver cord." Physical death is the breaking of this connection.

The psychosoma is also called astral body. It is the body responsible for emotions. It is the vehicle through which the consciousness expresses itself after physical death and for most of OBE’s.

It normally looks the same as the physical body, even though among its attributes are the transfiguration (1), or the ability to change shape and appearance, permeability (2) or the ability of trespassing physical objects, invisibility (2), the ability to fly (1) and to visit impossible places to the soma.

(1) Examples of transfiguration and flight can be seen in the film "Beyond Dreams"

(2) Examples of permeability and invisibility can be seen in "Ghost"

Mental body. Is the body of insight and rationality. It is responsible for the noblest emotions. It is based in the parabrain (psychosoma brain).

It does not have a definite shape. Its connection with the psychosoma is through the "golden chain." The phenomenon of Cosmoconsciousness, also known as nirvana, satori, samadhi is a kind of projection of mentalsoma.

The mentalsoma is the seat of consciousness.

IAC New York - Cosmoethics

Cosmoethics, or ethics of the cosmos which go beyond the physical world, define one's evolutionary level, and are the cornerstone of consciential (spiritual) growth. They consist of principles that reflect an elevated intentionality and multidimensional wisdom, being the "moral code" followed by our helpers (spirit guides)and other highly evolved consciousnesses (i.e. those who are on their final series of physical lives).

Many students of conscious evolution seek out methods or practices that will bring about peace, inner harmony, well-being and a better life. Beyond any technique or practice, cosmoethics - living out of one's deepest sense of integrity and self-knowledge - is truly the key to a more harmonious existence. When we improve our cosmoethics we improve all of our relationships, with others, with our reality, and ultimately ourselves.

Examples and case studies will be presented to help the study and understanding of cosmoethics. As a natural consequence, the course also examines individual and collective moral corruption. Students will have the opportunity to explore life's ambiguities (not everything is black and white) and be guided to come into terms with their way of seeing and interpreting reality and with their way of manifesting.

Note: This is the first time this specific course will be offered in New York, and it may not be offered again for up to 5 years. Don't miss this unique opportunity to learn more about one of the most crucial aspects of consciential evolution.

About the Instructor: Wagner Alegretti has presented on the subject of cosmoethics at several universities and congresses around the world, including the International Earth Summit - 1992 (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil). In response to an increasing demand for information on the topic, Mr. Alegretti developed this course to provide more insight into these “laws” of our multidimensional reality. The course is the result of both extensive research and firsthand experience of the extraphysical dimension (through out-of-body experiences).

IAC New York - The Vibrational State

MASTERING THE VIBRATIONAL STATE: An in-depth study and guided training workshop.

The vibrational state (VS) is the most fundamental instrument that has been identified to date for enabling individuals to take greater control over their energetic bodies. Given this fact, this provides students with tools to gain lucid bioenergetic and parapsychic self-control, as it explains the modus operandi and effects of the VS, dissecting each bioenergetic component that must be mastered in order to reach control over this important and remarkable personal phenomenon.

The course focus on the elements of the VS (i.e., its attributes or properties). Providing knowledge of those attributes will grant students resources for a biofeedback process, which will favor their mastering the willful installation of the VS.

The course also has a large practical component, during which participants are trained to identify, sense and take control over each of the VS technique attributes by practicing the technique of the Voluntary Energetic Longitudinal Oscillation (VELO), also know as the Closed Circuit of Energies. Each attribute is trained separately, based on applied strategic tips, to help students results.

After each of the 21 attributes have been run through, one by one, they are gradually applied in specific combinations and in a specific sequence, until the student performs a technique session that involves all the aspects to be controlled. This approach aims to help the participant to understand the vibrational state better and a higher success rate in installing it.

Dissecting the VS into its attributes is a brand-new concept that can also improve understanding of the VS. The information presented derives from over 5 years of research performed directly by the instructor during the private energetic evaluations of the Goal: Intrusionlessness course.

Interview on Out-of-Body Experience research

One of IAC's instructors, Nelson Abreu, gave an interview to Swedish parapsychologist Dr. JJ Lumsden for his Paranormal and Parapsychology Blog. Here is an excerpt of the interview:

Interview with Nelson Abreu: Researching Out of Body Experiences

Nelson Abreu is a Power Systems Engineer based in Florida, USA. Nelson was an intern at the Princeton Engineering Anomalies Research Laboratory, is a contributing author on “Filters and Reflections: Perspectives on Reality” from International Consciousness Research Laboratories, and is a volunteer lecturer and researcher with the International Academy of Consciousness. Nelson’s research speciality is Out of Body Experiences.

Q : Nelson, let’s start with you. I understand you were an intern at the Princeton Engineering Anomalies Research (PEAR) Laboratory. What can you tell us about your time there?

A: I was fortunate enough to have Brenda Dunne and Robert Jahn as mentors. They were very supportive of my student club at the University of Florida, where they lectured on a couple of occasions. I got to experience the PEAR Laboratory — the random mechanical cascade, the water fountain, the robot, the pendulum, and other stochastic devices that were similarly affected by the users intention, despite their divergent properties — before it closed its doors after 3 decades of ground-breaking research on anomalous consciousness-machine interactions and remote perception. Bob and Brenda are so well read, articulate, and possess a rare balance of objectivity and desire to understand and explore the subjective.

The statistical anomalies that draw your attention at first were already great achievements of science. However, what makes these researchers so exceptional is that they are really trying to understand consciousness itself not just the phenomena. And they have been brave enough to go beyond the conventional paradigm in such an institution as Princeton, but also beyond the essentially materialistic epistemology that defines much of parapsychology. They have now moved the work to a new phase as International Consciousness Research Laboratories and have just finished a sequel to Margins of Reality. I was also honoured to contribute to a recent ICRL anthology entitled Filters and Reflections: Perspectives on Reality, where I was able to weave my research on out-of-body experience and with PEAR’s.

Q: These days your research interests centre upon Out of Body Experiences. Clearly, a scientific research program into such a phenomenon can prove challenging. What are the current approaches, protocols and difficulties that researchers face?

A: Few would question whether we dream. When it comes to OBEs, it isn’t so, since very few people have the experience with some frequency. One of the ways we address this is by training individuals to have experiences more often, rather than “waiting” for spontaneous ones. Until 16 years of age, I do not recall having a single ‘projection’ of consciousness or an OBE. Through training, I began having more and more experiences.

Now, suppose that we have a group of highly talented projectors. What does the researcher do? He or she can ask them about their experiences - and IAC’s survey (by Wagner Alegretti and Nanci Trivellato) is one of the most extensive ever. The researcher could ask them to observe a remote target as has been done in two IAC experiment programs, and ASPR’s classic “fly in” experiment. However, unless the researcher has his/her own repeated, fully-lucid, fully-recalled, validated experiences, one could always find a way to dismiss the information. And even if one is very open-minded, how will the researcher truly understand the phenomenon without experiencing it?

IAC returns to Gainesville!

IAC began activities in Gainesville, Florida in 2003, with IAC Florida's presentation on Out-of-Body Experience in Colloquium on Consciousness Studies, organized by University of Florida student organization Science of Self Club, founded by Nelson Abreu who went on to become faculty at IAC. From 2003 to 2005, IAC Florida and New York instructors presented a number of lectures in and around the campus, including guest talks for the Psychology Department course "Non-Local Consciousness," co-created by Nelson Abreu with input from IAC, taught by Dr. Barbara Welsch and sponsored by the UF Center for Spirituality and Health.

More recently, we returned in the Fall 2009 to lecture at Dr. Welsch's course and this Fall for free seminars and energy courses at the public library, Sweetwater Park, and the Seraphim Center. We look forward to returning in the Spring of 2011 with leisure courses at University of Florida, more short courses throughout town, and the return of the award-winning Consciousness Development Program: IAC's flagship course on out-of-body experience, bioenergy, and spiritual development.

Projectiological Phenomena

In Projectiology and Conscientiology experiences are more valuable than a thousand theories. The experience itself gives us confidence and purges brain washings and conditionings of the environment, being capable of eliminating fears, mysticisms and romanticisms.

In this new paradigm, the consciential paradigm, personal experience is a greatly decisive and evidential tool for all parapsychic phenomena. Any person can develop perceptions, capabilities and self-control to lucidly experience these phenomena.

The projective phenomena are the parapsychic events subject of study of the Projectiology. The most important projective phenomenon is the out-of-body experience, it is the one that provides the greater personal development by allowing the direct contact with the multidimensionality, to obtain information about the existential program, to meet more evolved consciousnesses and even to access information about previous lives.

There is a fundamental classification common to all projectiologic phenomena: the ambivalent and the subjective. Every classification restrains, since in practice the consciousness is considered a whole and every actions related to it have deep interactions and influence themselves mutually, but, for the particular purpose of study and analisys of these phenomena, this classification is useful.

The subjective projective phenomenon takes place more frequently in the inner microuniverse of the consciousness and with the manifestation vehicles of the parcially or totally projected consciential projectors, relegating the influence of the environment to a secondary role.
Synonym: internal projective phenomenon.

There are 22 main subjective projective phenomena connected essentially with the psychosphere or the holothosene of the human projector or of the projected intraphysical consciousness. Among the most common are: consciential self-bilocation, extraphysical clairvoyance, projective déjá-vu, near-death experience, extraphysical retrocognitions and projective panoramic vision.

The ambivalent phenomenon takes place inside the consciousness of the projector, projected or not, but has important repercussions out of the consciential microuniverse of the consciouness.
Synonym: external projective phenomenon.

There are 32 main ambivalent projective phenomena connected with the human consciousness, wether projected or not, and with the participation of the intraphysical consciousness, wether in the waking physical state or projected, with an extraphysical environment. Some of them are: ectoplasmy, travelling clairvoyance, extraphysical telepathy, projective poltergeist, projective psychophony and psychography, transfiguration of the psychosoma.

Formal investigation as well as self-experimentation of the out-of-body experience and correlated phenomena allow for a better understanding about our nature as consciousnesses. By being able to lucidly leave the body, we are capable to answer for ourselves fundamental questions about life, such as: “Who am I?”, “What am I doing here?”, “Is there something else besides physical life?”, Does biological death mean the end of existence?”, ...

What is Conscientiology & Projectiology?

Conscientiology and Projectiology

Conscientiology is the science that studies the consciousness, commonly known as ego, soul, essence, etc. Conscientiology is more comprehensive than traditional psychology because its scope of investigation extends beyond the boundaries of physical reality, encompassing issues such as multidimensional manifestation, holosoma (non-physical bodies), and serial existences (the continual process of individual death and subsequent rebirth).

Conscientiological studies are based on scientific principles, consensus, bibliographical research, and self-experimentation.

The word Conscientiology originates from the word ‘consciousness’, hence conscientiology is the scientific study of the consciousness. The term ‘consciousness’ here is used as a synonym for intelligent principle (popularly referred to as self, soul, spirit). Therefore, in conscientiological writings, the article “the” is intentionally used before “consciousness” in order to convey the meaning of individual essence per se and not the state of consciousness as in being lucid or aware.

Projectiology is the science that studies the manifestations of the consciousness in three distinctive states: the physical, the non-physical and the projected states. The main focus of projectiology is researching the phenomenon of the out-of-body experience (OBE) also known as astral projection, astral travel, and projection of the consciousness.

Projectiology theoretically and practically analyzes all of the aspects and consequences of the out-of body experience and other paranormal phenomena. These phenomena are primarily studied as sources of self-knowledge.

Projectiology emphasizes the cosmoethical use of any paranormal phenomena, including the out-of-body experience, all of which should be developed according to a persons most ethical internal principles.

The word Projectiology originates from the root word ‘projection’, as in ‘astral projection’ or ‘projection of the consciousness’, in this sense used to convey the fact of the consciousness projecting itself or its energies outside of the physical body. Hence projectiology is the scientific study of projections of the consciousness.

Like any other science, Conscientiology and Projectiology have a philosophical foundation or paradigm: Consciential Paradigm.

New scientific methodologies and techniques are required to enable the study of the consciousness. It is not possible to study the consciousness through the use of classic methodologies or devices. This is because no matter how sophisticated they may be, physical instruments can, at best, measure physiological alterations, which are merely indirect consequences of the actions of the consciousness being observed.

The basis of the consciential paradigm is that the consciousness itself is the most effective tool to study the consciousness. This inevitably leads to participative research, where the researcher serves as his or her own research subject, while the daily circumstances, both inside and outside the body, serve as his or her laboratory.

It is evident to those who experience lucid out-of-body experiences that the consciousness transcends the physical brain, as the OBEer (or conscious projector) is aware and active while outside the temporarily dormant physical body. According to the consciential paradigm, the consciousness is recognized as being the center or source of intelligence and individuality, something far beyond physical energy and matter. We consider the consciousness, then, to be something much more transcendental than physical awareness.

Projectarium: Out-of-Body Experience Lab

The projectarium is one of the most important constructions of IAC Research Campus and it’s situated in Alentejo, Portugal.

The Projectarium project consists on creating an environment specifically optimized for the productions of the projections of the consciousness ( out-of-body experiences ) and other parapsychic phenomena.

The projectarium was designed in such a way as to maximize reduction of sensorial stimuli, promoting deeper relaxation and disconnection from the physical environment. Such conditions favour concentration and the attainment of physical transcendence, supporting parapsychic experience.

Tne planning of such an environment takes into consideration multidisciplinary concepts concerning both physical and energetic elements.

The laboratory for these psychic experiments will be composed of a completely spherical structure of 10 metres diameter, connected to a semi-spherical building by a translucent corridor.

The self-experimenter will lie prone in the centre of the building. As the ‘ gravitational hinge’ of the environment , the self-experimenter will be able to fell him or herself as the epicentre of the parapsychic process he or she is about to induce.

The dimensions of the sphere are based on Vieria’s theory of the extraphysical sphere of energy. According to this theory, the energetic field of the individual who is conscious outside of the body has an average 4-metes radius. Another important factor regarding the dimensions of the Projectarium is that an environment with substantial proportions such as this (compared to the normal ambiences we are used to) helps reduce tension due to unjustified concerns of possible collision with physical objects during take-off produced by psychological conditioning.

A space with the appropriate shape and dimensions will thus be created to promote two simultaneous and contradictory perceptions in the self-experimenter: the feeling of being the focus or center and at the same time the expansion of his or her perceptions to the limit of the sphere and beyond it.

An anti-acoustic material will be used in the interior of the building, ensuring maximum reduction of auditory stimulation, allowing improved relaxation and ease of focus of the attention.

A diffused light will illuminate the interior, preventing perception of its source and eliminating shadows.

These measures will also prevent the individual from having perception of distance or defining a point on which to fix his or her vision.

The platform supporting the bed will feature an anti-vibrational constructions of glass allowing the individual to experience a sense of “floating” in the environment. The self-experimenter will lie prone with his or her head (location of the pineal gland) and will coincide with the center of the sphere –shaped laboratory.

The mattress and set of pillows will be of a material that adjusts automatically to the weight of the experimenter’s body allowing maximum physical comfort and optimizing relaxation and maintenance of mental concentration.

The laboratory is provided with the following equipment: air conditioning, ionizer, thermometer, barometer, intercom, hygrometer, night vision camera, infrared and ultraviolets detectors.

The environment will also be equipped with control instruments and a sound and image system so that an assistant located in an isolated room nearby can monitor the experiment.

This semi-spherical construction will serve as a support area and will hold a reception area, a laboratory support room, and a chamber where the targets objects can be placed along with toilets and an individual preparation chamber.

The Individual Preparation Chamber will act as a dressing room for the experimenter and will also be used by the individual to takes notes or complete a ‘report’ regarding his or her experiences.

The Experimental Target Room will have an element (object or image) for the experimenter to perceive through their OBE. In the case of this research project, a computer will be used to randomly select an image to be perceived by the experimenter in the laboratory.

The accumulation of thosenic pattern will give rise to an increasingly well-established and strengthening the energetic field in the laboratory as more and more experiments are conducted within it.

Astral Projection / Out-of-Body Experience

What is Astral Projection?

Astral Projection is the separation of the consciousness from the vehicles of manifestation (or bodies), produced by changes in the frequencies of vibration or energy of these vehicles. As we are able to project every night, astral projection is a natural process inherent to all human beings.

How does it occur?

Our bodies have different structures and densities. During the day (when we are awake) these bodies remain embedded, one within another, like Russian dolls. However, when we fall asleep, there is a natural energetic ease that predisposes the Psychosoma (or Astral Body, which is a duplicate of the physical body but more subtle) to break free and move away.

Why does it occur?

The physical body needs to revitalize every night, and the Psychosoma is its energetic battery; the farther away it is from the physical body, the better it recharges the energy. When the Psychosoma returns, it revitalizes the physical body.

You might ask yourself, “What is the source of energy?”

Where is the energy?

The energy of the universe – also called the “Immanent Energy” – is the source of the energy of the Psychosoma. It is a neutral, unprocessed energy that is absorbed and transferred to the physical body by the Psychosoma.

Frequently asked questions about OBEs - An interview

IAC Florida Instructor Nelson Abreu gave an interview to Vlad Moskovski's blog "Meditation secrets revealed" in October 2009. Below is an excerpt from it:

Q: What is an out of body experience?

A: An out of body experience (obe) is when the consciousness, meaning the individual himself, makes a transition from operating with his – her physical body to operating with the astral. Another way to put it is that person transitions from the physical, everyday reality into a parallel but different dimension. This dimension is more subtle than ours, but always there. It remains invisible to many of us because we lack the psychical perception to see into it.

Projecting into this parallel dimension is temporary, it can last from a few seconds to a couple of hours in rare cases, but inevitably we must return to the physical body. The process of moving into the astral dimension is dependant on the energetic connection between the physical and the astral body. This connection, sometimes called the silver cord, allows us to travel into the astral dimension and keeps our two bodies connected and safe. It also allows energy and information to flow between the two bodies.

Out of body experiences never causes the severing of the silver cord, but physical death is a process that involves the de-activation of the silver cord and could be called a “final projection.”

We tend to think of astral projection or out of body experiences as something supernatural and separate from the physical life. Something that only gifted or psychic people can do, but we all have this ability and go through this separation every night when we sleep and dream.

Q: What is the difference between dreaming and having an OBE?

A: The major difference is that dreams are illusory creations of the brain, whereas the obe is real, in the sense that it can be objectively shared with others like physical life. The average person goes through a partial disconnection while sleeping. When we dream, our astral body hovers just slightly above the physical body. What is missing is the awareness and intention to fully project out. Even in a lucid dream, there is still a range of lucidity and some people are able to use the lucid dream as a springboard to go into an obe. The realness of the obe experience, makes it self evident that it is different from a dream. Out of body experiences become as real as our daily lives.

Q: What are the benefits, why would somebody want to try this?

News from IAC Australia - Course: Consciential Derepression

IAC Australia presents:

Date: Saturday 28 August, 2010
Time: 6pm - 9pm

Place: Fullarton Park Community Centre, 411 Fullarton Rd, Fullarton, Adelaide, Australia
Pricing: Standard Fee $60, At the Door $70

This thematic seminar examines a wide range of subtle and not so subtle mechanisms that can repress, restrict and impede people and their lucidity. These mechanisms, although frequently sustained by society, are mostly generated by personal weak-traits and a lack of personal rationality and discernment.

By trying to understand how and why our repressions exist, and how we are affected by them, we set ourselves on the path to be free of them now and into the future.

Various practical techniques and ideas will be offered that can be used to assist in the process of conscious derepression and attainment of holosomatic homeostasis, or the balance of our set of bodies.

DEREPRESSION is to free ourselves from slavery to institutions, material goods, certain ideas, gurus, idolisation, consciential weak-traits, and consciential crutches. It involves organizing and developing our consciential micro-universe so we are able to lucidly manifest ourselves in a healthy, rational, discerning and evolutionary constructive way.

Our Evolution - Course in Miami

This short-thematic course is based on Waldo Vieira's book “Our Evolution”. This book responds to these five classic philosophical questions as well as more than 100 others. The author analyzes evolution beyond philosophical inquiry and even the scope of biology.

The book focuses on evolution of the consciousness - our personal world. Our evolutionary process has progressed over thousands of years.

Life after life, we accumulate numerous experiences and knowledge that results in our present state: complex consciousnesses who are full of nuances.Transcending societal superficiality, this book has a profound, yet objective and practical, approach. It shows how to optimize our performance in this life and even prepare for our next existence.

It is not by chance that we have a certain family or friends, for example. Also, when we are reborn and what we realize in this life are not randomly determined. We prepare for our impending physical existence in the non-physical dimension before being rebornonto this planet. If we are truly the result of what we construct in our evolutionary progression, which is conquered step-by-step, let us work towards engendering a more agile and aware rhythm in Our Evolution.
